The Service Welfare Office has submitted a robust proposal for the institutionalisation of a Rewards and Recognition System (R&RS) in the Federal Civil Service. The focus of the Federal Civil Service Strategy and Implementation Plan 2017 — 2020 is the development of an Efficient, Productive, Incorruptible and Citizen-centered (EPIC) culture in the Civil Service. The R&RS is also expected to enhance Staff personal development for career progression. The proposal is expected to be validated by key stakeholders in the sector, including Labour Unions at a Stakeholders Forum to be held shortly.
