CRITERIA FOR AWARDS & RECOGNITIONS IN THE FEDERAL CIVIL SERVICE

A Rewards and Recognition System in the Civil Service is a veritable motivational tool to enhance the performance of the workforce. The Scope of the R&RS covers eleven (11) Awards and two (2) Recognitions with The Public Service Excellence Award, and Bravety Awards having four (4) and six (6) sub-Awards respectively. A breakdown is shown below:
