The Ethics and Professionalism Award, intended to be on monthly basis, recognizes a Civil Servant or Unit or Department that has exemplified the highest standards of professionalism and work ethic in course of their career or over a considerable period. This Award is for an officer who has made the greatest impact through Mentorship, on the life and development of a Mentee in achieving a specific personal or professional goal by providing training and guidance to one or more mentees in the Unit, Department or Ministry.
