Dr Nasiru Mohammed Argungu, Director General, National Directorate of Employment
The National Directorate of Employment (NDE) under the leadership of the Director General, Dr. Mohammed Nasir Ladan Argungu, has taken steps to improve tremendously on the welfare of staff of the Directorate.
All the vehicles abandoned over the years at the headquarters Office Abuja were refurbished, while four new coaster buses, a Forty (40) seater luxurious and a truck were procured to fast track activities of the Directorate. As a result of this, the National Directorate of Employment now provides free bus services to its entire staff at the headquarters Office in Abuja and is planning to replicate same in all the States of the Federation.
The Director General has repeatedly emphasized his willingness to boost the welfare of the staff saying “staff welfare is paramount to productivity”.
