To Reposition The Federal Civil Service to become Efficient, Productive, Incorruptible, and Citizen-centered (EPIC).the motivation and welfare of Federal Civil Servants is key to effectively support Government in achieving its developemental agenda especially in the areas of housing, training, health insurance, group life assurance, pensions, rewards and peaceful resolution of industrial Disputes. In carrying out their duties, Federal Civil Servants have certain rights and privileges.

2. Payment of Salaries.
3. Right to Religion
4. Right to Vote.
5. Right to National Health Insurance
6. Scheme.
7. Right to Group Life Assurance Scheme
8. Annual Leave
9. Right to Association
10. Resettlement Allowance

11. Right to strike
12. Right to Contributory Pensions
13. Right to Unionism
14. Right to compulsory examination
15. Kilometre Allowance.
16. Disengagement Allowance.
17. Hotel Allowance.
18. Duty Tour Allowance.
19. Transport Allowance

PRIVILEGES

  1. Training
  2. Condonation and Merger of service.
  3. Proportionate Leave.
  4. Pro-rate Leave.
  5. Deferred Leave.
  6. Casual Leave.
  7. Sick Leave.
  8. Maternity Leave.
  9. Study Leave.
  10. Leave of Absence.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As may be assigned by a superior Officer
based on the nature of work
