FEDERAL INTEGRATED STAFF HOUSING PROPOSED PROTOTYPE DESIGN

The Federal Integrated Staff Housing (FISH) Programme has come up with a Schematic Layout Plan and Prototype Designs for various House Types for the proposed FISH Housing Estate, as part of the requirements for acquisition of Land for the Programme. The provision of Land for the Programme would enable FISH deliver quality and affordable houses to Civil Servants at discounted prices.

Presentation of the proposed FISH Housing Plan and Prototype designs was made to the Head of Civil Service of the Federation, Mrs Winifred Oyo- Ita, on 9th April, 2019 and also to the Permanent Secretary (SWO), Mrs. Didi Walson -Jack, mni, on 26th March, 2019 by the Prototype Design Team comprising of the FISH Technical Division and the representatives of the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria, the Federal Government Staff Housing Loans Board and Family Homes Funds
